Thank you, thank you, thank you for making contact w/ me. I now feel less alone, and hope that in knowing me you feel less alone as well.
Your feelings concerning Christianity really resonate with and speak to me. I feel you, buddy. I couldn't have said it any better myself. You know as well as I do that God is not at all what the majority of mankind has made Him/Her/It??? out to be. God is in sorrow over us, as He/She/It probably always has been. To use God's word, God's love, God's essence as a weapon of wanton destruction or calculated bigotry, etc. etc. is not God's way. You're not alone!! God loves you, Jeff, and knows your soul, and feels your suffering. I feel it, too.
If nothing else let this new friendship be a healing balm to you because now WE know that someone else out there speaks the same "language". Email me anytime. Let me carry this burden with you. That's why our paths have crossed.
